With a lively score by Matthew Pierce, performed by the Kansas City Symphony, and costumes by Liz Vandal, we follow Alice on her magical journey to the strange world of Wonderland, where surprises wait behind every corner! Debuting at the Washington Ballet in 2012, this zany take on Lewis Carroll's timeless story combines spirited choreography with an eclectic musical score.

Septimus Webre brilliantly captures the enchanting and absurd nature of Wonderland in his bright and unique staging of Alice, infusing the characters with their trademark eccentricity in this luscious feast for the eyes. An original creation for the Washington Ballet, his version has been hugely popular at the Kansas City Ballet, bringing a recognizable spark to the ballet for audiences, both young and old.
