KC Ballet presents four stunning works
Fusion is an exhilarating showcase of four diverse ballet works from Kansas City Ballet, exploring the intersection of tradition and innovation. The evening begins with Tulips and Lobster, Annabelle Lopez Ochoa's stunning homage to the Dutch Golden Age, with choreography inspired by the still-life paintings of the 17th century. William Forsythe's In the Middle, Somewhat Elevated brings bold intensity to the program with its angular, high-energy choreography.
Celts pays tribute to Ireland with sweeping, narrative-driven choreography that celebrates the Emerald Isle. Finally, Hold on Tight, Caroline Dahm's much-anticipated world premiere, offers audiences a glimpse of Kansas City's evolving ballet landscape.
